Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Reochart collects, how it's used, and the choices you have. We aim to collect as little as possible and never sell your data.

What we collect

• Account data: your email address (used for passwordless sign-in) and plan status.
• Content you create: the chart data, titles, labels and assets (such as logos) you enter, and the exports you generate.
• Usage data: first-party, privacy-friendly product analytics: pages viewed and in-app actions (e.g. a chart saved or exported), recorded with a first-party identifier. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site trackers.
• Payment data: handled by our Merchant of Record (see below). We never see or store full card numbers.

How we use it

To render and deliver your exports, run and secure your account, provide support, process payments, and understand product usage so we can improve Reochart. Our legal bases (where the GDPR applies) are performing our contract with you, our legitimate interest in operating and improving the product, and consent where required.

Cookies

We use a small number of essential, first-party cookies to keep you signed in and to count visits without identifying you personally. We do not run third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, so we don't show a consent banner for those.

Providers we share data with

We use trusted service providers (sub-processors) that process data only to provide their function to us:

• Supabase: authentication and database.
• Vercel: web hosting.
• Railway: the rendering service that produces your videos and images.
• Lemon Squeezy: our Merchant of Record, which processes payments, billing and tax. See Lemon Squeezy's own privacy policy for how they handle payment data.

Storage & retention

Your chart data and exports are stored so you can access your history. You can delete any chart, which removes its record, and you can delete your account, which removes your associated data. We keep limited records where required for legal, tax or security reasons.

International transfers

Our providers may process data in countries other than yours. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. We do not sell personal information. To exercise any of these rights, contact us below.

Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to keep your information safe.

Children

Reochart is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

Changes

We may update this policy; the “last updated” date above reflects the latest version.

Company & contact

Reochart is an independently operated business. Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy, the seller of record for purchases; their company name and registered address appear on your invoice.
