Terms of Service

Welcome to Reochart. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms. Reochart (“Reochart,” “we,” “us”) lets you turn data into animated and static visuals that you can download and share. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the service.

Your account

You're responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in email secure. You must be at least 16 and old enough to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction. Provide accurate information and keep it current.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• create or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, deceptive, or that violates others' rights;
• upload data, logos or assets you don't have the right to use, or present fabricated figures as if they were real and verified;
• resell, sublicense or white-label the service itself, or use it to build a competing product;
• abuse, overload, scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the rendering service or other accounts.

Your content

You retain ownership of the data and assets (including logos) you upload and the visuals you create. You grant Reochart the limited rights needed to host, process, render, store and deliver your exports and to operate the service. You are solely responsible for having the rights to anything you upload and for the accuracy of the data you present.

Our intellectual property

Reochart, its software, designs, templates and brand are owned by us and our licensors. Exports you create are yours to use; the underlying templates and software are not.

Plans, billing & Merchant of Record

Free and Pro plans are described on our pricing page. Paid subscriptions are sold and processed by our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy, which is the seller of record and handles checkout, invoicing and the collection of any applicable sales tax or VAT. Your purchase is therefore also subject to Lemon Squeezy's buyer terms. Paid plans renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. Prices may change with reasonable notice and will apply from your next renewal.

Cancellation & refunds

You can cancel anytime and keep Pro access through the end of the period you've paid for. Refunds are handled as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Watermark

Exports on the Free plan include a small “Made with Reochart” watermark. Pro removes it and lets you use your own brand logo.

Third-party services

We rely on third-party providers (for example for authentication, database, hosting, rendering, payments and analytics). Their availability is outside our control, and your use of the service may be subject to their terms where applicable.

Availability & changes

We work to keep Reochart available and improving, but we may modify, suspend or discontinue features. We are not liable for downtime, maintenance, or changes to the service.

Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We don't warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Reochart is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 50.

Termination

You may stop using Reochart anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that create risk or legal exposure for us or other users.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Reochart's operator is established, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. If you are a consumer, you also keep the benefit of any mandatory protections under the laws where you reside.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notified to you. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

Company & contact

Reochart is an independently operated business. Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy, which is the seller of record for purchases; Lemon Squeezy's company name and registered address appear on your invoice and receipt.
